Join us for an exclusive "Create Your Own Cake Candles" workshop, hosted by yourself truly! Start with a wax cake candle base, pour your own creamy wax, and top off your creation with the cutest wax decorations!š°

What to Expect:
š° Start with a 4" wax cake base
š° Pick from over 100 different fragrances
š° Learn how to make and pour creamy wax
š° Decorate with a range of fun wax toppings like bears, hearts, fruits, cheese, and more!
š°Take cute photos at our newly renovated studio to spice up your social medias!
š° All materials and supplies are provided
š° Wear clothes that can handle a little wax; aprons are available!
Workshop Details:
š Workshops will be available Fridays - Sundays. Please click "BOOK NOW" to see availability as some weekends/days will not have workshops scheduled.
ā±ļø Each workshop will last about 1-1.5 hrs
š Madison, Wisconsin (PRIVATE STUDIO NO WALK-INS. Address will be emailed after purchasing tickets and a day before your workshop. Please check your spam folder if you can't find our emails.)

Is there anything I should bring?
- clothes you don't mind getting wax/glitter on, don't worry you'll be given an apron to wear if you'd like
- hair tie if you have long hair
- optional: an idea of how you want to decorate your cake candleĀ
Are the fragrances toxic?
All the fragrances provided are formulated to be phthalate free.
What wax is used? Is it non-toxic and safe?
The wax we use will be a blend of soy, beeswax, and a small amount of food-grade paraffin.
Can children attend the workshop?
Children ages 8+ are welcome to attend! They must be supervised by an adult 21+

LATE POLICY:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could cause participants to arrive late to the workshop. However, to ensure the best experience for all attendees, we have implemented the following late policy:
- Arrival Time: Participants are expected to arrive promptly at the scheduled start time of the workshop. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before the workshop begins to allow time for check-in and preparation.
- Grace Period: We understand that traffic delays or other issues may occasionally cause participants to arrive late. Therefore, we will allow a grace period of up to 20 minutes after the scheduled start time for late arrivals.
- Late Arrival: If a participant arrives after the grace period has expired, they may still be admitted to the workshop at the discretion of the instructor. However, please note that late arrivals may miss important instructions or demonstrations, which could impact their ability to fully participate in the workshop.
Communication:
Ā If you anticipate being late to the workshop or encounter unexpected delays, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but cannot guarantee admission after the grace period has expired.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please review the following refund and cancellation policy:
- Ā Cancellation by Participant:
Cancellations are non-refundable. Reschedules are permitted (one time only) if notified at least 72 hours in advance.
- Ā Cancellation by Organizer:
Ā In the rare event that we need to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
- Ā Refund Process:
Ā Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 days of the cancellation request.Ā Please allow 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
- Ā Transfer of Registration:
Ā If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Please notify us in advance to make arrangements for the transfer. Email us their fullĀ names please!
- Ā No-Shows:
Ā Participants who do not attend the workshop will not be eligible for a refund.
By registering for the workshop, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the refund and cancellation policy outlined above.
